Our regular maintenance contracts may also include warehousing services. For high-demand heat exchangers where cost-effectiveness and spare parts availability are important, we can make it even more cost-effective to have plates and gaskets readily available from stock.
Consignment storage on site
A consignment storage service can be part of your contract if required. This involves the storage of the right type and material grade of plates and gaskets for the heat exchanger at your site. The plates are invoiced at the time of installation. The advantage is that the plates are immediately available for on-site servicing, either conducted by Negro Kft. or by your own technicians. As agreed, the warehouse can be refilled and the replaced plates are shipped for refurbishment.
Warehousing at our workshop
As part of our maintenance contracts, we are always prepared to provide the right material grade plate for the heat exchanger in question. In addition, we can store the plates shipped for refurbishment at our site after the refurbishment until they are re-installed for the next maintenance or replacement, making the service process more cost-effective and quicker.
Immediate stock availability
We also keep a stock of plates and gaskets for the most common heat exchangers in the most commonly used material grades on our site, which we can deliver immediately.
